Cancellation policy

 

 

REFUNDS:

Delegates who cancel their registration up until Wednesday 6 March 2024 will receive a refund of their conference registration fee less an administration fee of $80.

Delegates who cancel their registration after Wednesday 6 March 2024 are not eligible for a refund but may transfer their registration to another individual.  Please email your invoice to info@nhvic.org.au if you wish to transfer your registration. We will do our best to assist you in finding a transfer if you do not know someone wanting to attend.
