FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I book more than one ticket type?
    If you would like to book more than one ticket type (eg. a single room and a triple room), you will need to process two separate bookings.
  • I made a mistake in my booking! What do I do?
    If you have made a mistake in the booking process, please contact info@nhvic.org.au as soon as possible so we can adjust the booking for you.
  • I'm not a member. Can I still come?
    Our registrations are currently only open to members of Neighbourhood Houses Victoria. We plan to open bookings to other groups once our members have had a chance to book, to ensure they do not miss out. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, please visit our Sponsorship page for more information.
  • My partner/friend would like to accompany me to the Gala Dinner. Can I get them a ticket?
    While we would love to invite everyone to our Gala Dinner, it's important that we prioritise the community within our sector. You can register on the waitlist for the Gala Dinner only. Please keep in mind that while we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible, places may not become available until closer to the date. Register for the Waitlist
  • There are no single rooms left, but I am travelling alone. What do I do?
    We recommend reaching out to your Networker. They may be able to connect you with another Neighbourhood House worker in your Network to share a room. If you need assistance, contact info@nhvic.org.au and we can help you out.
  • Is the venue accessible?
    The conference venue and accommodation is wheelchair accessible.
  • How do I get to RACV Goldfields?
    You can find directions to RACV Goldfields here.
  • Can I book directly through the venue?
    You will not be able to book directly through RACV Goldfields. We have booked out the entire resort for the duration of conference (excluding permanent residences), and can offer a discounted rate on accommodation to members. If you would like to extend your stay, you can contact the venue after completing the registration in your booking confirmation email. That registration secures your specific room so they can ensure you will not need to switch rooms.
