    If you have made a mistake in the booking process, please contact info@nhvic.org.au as soon as possible so we can adjust the booking for you.
  • Is the venue accessible?
    The conference venue and accommodation is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requests, please let us know in your booking or email info@nhvic.org.au to amend your booking.
  • How do I get to Rydges Melbourne?
    You can find directions to Rydges Melbourne here. Rydges Melbourne is a 4 minute walk from Parliament Station. If you are driving, please note that parking is an additional cost.   • Is there parking at the venue?

  • Can I make requests for songs during the gala dinner?
    You can add your requests at any time in the lead up to the conference here: https://forms.gle/7pnxikGxtyDZef3b8 You can submit the form multiple times, so add the songs as you think of them. Requests are unlikely to be available on the night, so please submit your requests early to ensure you get a say on the soundtrack of the evening.
  • How can I register for the Masterclass?
    Volunteering Victoria are running a three hour masterclass on Wednesday 19 March at Royal Society Victoria. This is just a 7 min walk around the corner rom the conference venue. The session is free with your conference ticket, but REGISTRATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL as places are limited. Register now
